Problems with the new customer portal

At the moment, many of our tenants are experiencing problems with adding a telephone number to the user account. Our system provider is currently working on troubleshooting the problem and we hope that the problem will be solved today (Friday, December 18).

Status update: This problem has been solved at 3 PM on Friday, December 18.

Problems with resetting password

Some of our tenants/applicants have also encountered problems with resetting their password. For this reason, we ask all tenants to try to login to the user account as soon as possible. If you cannot login, we kindly ask you to send an email to before Friday, December 18 so that we can help you before our office closes for Christmas Holidays.
