Our IT-support has now solved these problems so you should now be able to create a user account, receive a confirmation email and reset your password.

At the moment, there are problems with creating a new user account on our website. Our IT-support is currently working with troubleshooting the problem and we hope that the problem will be solved soon.

You can create a user account at this link but you will not receive a confirmation email. However, KI Housing will activate your account manually within 2 working days after registering. When we have activated your account, you should be able to login to your user account with the email address and password you used when registering.

If you already have an active user account and need to reset your password, please send an email to and we will change the password for you.
