Maintenance requests before July 17 or after July 27, can be submitted at this link. Urgent maintenance requests from July 17 until July 27, must be sent directly to the landlord. For further information, we refer to the News-section on our website.
Deposit reclaim forms:
If you submit a deposit reclaim form during this period, your deposit reclaim will be processed within six weeks from the date it was submitted.
Problems with paying:

Information regarding allocation of rooms and apartments in August and beginning of September:
All rooms and apartments have been booked until early September. Last minute offers due to late cancellations may come to be sent to applicants in queue order from the 5th of August and onwards. We recommend all applicants to check their email and spam folders frequently to avoid missing an accommodation offer.
