Maintenance service during office hours
Please login to the customer portal at this link and submit your maintenance request in the portal. In the portal, you will find the maintenance service request form in the “Maintenance” section in the menu on the left hand side.
You will receive a confirmation once you have submitted the request. Your maintenance request will be handled as soon as possible.

When there is no immediate risk, you should wait and contact KI Housing during office hours.
