Maintenance service during office hours
Please login to your user account at this link and submit your maintenance request in the portal. In the portal, you will find the maintenance service request form in the “Maintenance” section in the menu on the left hand side.
You will receive a confirmation once you have submitted the request. Your maintenance request will be handled as soon as possible.

Maintenance service after office hours
When there is no immediate risk, you should wait and contact KI Housing during office hours.

Guidelines for maintenance service considering Covid -19
The current Covid situation has an impact on our maintenance routines short term in order to take special care and to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.
Below we have compiled our current guidelines for maintenance service:
– All KI Housing staff working in our housing areas must be completely symptom free at any given time.
– If you feel the slightest symptoms of illness and need to make a maintenance report, we ask you to inform us so that we can take it into account.
– As a preventive measure, we ask tenants to not be at home when the maintenance issue will be handled. Our maintenance staff will contact you in advance.
Note that if your maintenance request is being handled by the landlord, other guidelines may apply.
