Maintenance service

Is the window stuck, is your fire alarm not working or are there any problems with the machines in the common areas? This is how to contact us if something needs attention in your apartment/room or in the common areas.

Maintenance service during office hours

Please fill out and submit the contact form for maintenance service to the right.

You will receive a confirmation once you have submitted the request. Your maintenance request will be handled as soon as possible.

Limited service during the summer

From mid-June to mid-August, we will have limited staff on duty. There may be a delay in handling of maintenance requests during this time.

Urgent maintenance requests from July 17 until July 27, must be sent directly to the landlord. For further information, we refer to the News-section on our website.

Maintenance service after office hours

When there is no immediate risk, you should wait and contact KI Housing during office hours.
