Maintenance service July 17 to July 27

From July 17 to July 27, all KI Housing tenants must send their urgent maintenance requests directly to the landlord.

If you have an urgent maintenance request, lose your keys or need to be evacuated from your room/apartment due to major damages in the room/apartment, during the period July 17 to July 27, we refer to the information in the document at this link. If your maintenance request is not urgent and can wait, we ask you to contact KI Housing after July 27.

If you are a KI Housing tenant, you should have received this information by email on the 12th of July.
