Limited service during the holiday season
On Tuesday, December 27, until Monday, January 2, we have limited staff on duty so there may be a delay in answering emails and handling of maintenance requests.
On the following dates, the KI Housing office will be closed:
– Friday afternoon, December 23, until Tuesday, December 27.
– Thursday afternoon, January 5, until Monday, January 9.
For emergency maintenance issues (regarding plumbing, heating, sanitary and elevator problems) when the KI Housing office is closed we refer to the information written at these links https://www.kihousing.se/maintenance-service/ and https://www.kihousing.se/staying-with-us/emergencies/.
Note that the on-call emergency service must only be contacted for problems that risk to cause damage to property or person if they are not taken care of immediately, for example a power cut that affects the whole apartment or building, a water leak or a blocked sewage where there is a risk for flooding. When there is no immediate danger, you should wait and contact us. Costs for consulting emergency service for non-urgent issues will be charged to the tenant.
