Increased rents from January 2021
From the 1st of January 2021, the rent will be increased for all current and incoming tenants staying with KI Housing due to increased rental costs. The new rents are stated in the area information at this link.
Due to a new booking system that will be implemented in December, the monthly rent charged from January 2021 will be the same amount each month (instead of a rent that varies each month depending on the number of days of the month). As earlier, the rent is to be paid in advance for the following month.
The rent will be charged once a month in accordance with the starting and ending dates of your contract, meaning that if you will move in/out e.g. in the middle of a month, you will only pay rent for the corresponding part of the month (so not for the whole month).
