Disturbing construction work
About the construction work
New buildings are being built outside our student accommodation at Jägargatan 20 due to the modernization of the hospital Södersjukhuset. Unfortunately, the construction work includes disturbance for existing tenants.
The construction work can be performed between 7 AM and 10 PM on weekdays and between 9 AM and 6 PM on weekends.
From time to time, the construction work area close to Jägargatan 20 will be very noisy as some blasting and excavation work will be carried out. For more information, please see this link.
The accessibility to Jägargatan 20 is limited due to the construction work in the surroundings. A gate is currently blocking the road which leads to Jägargatan 20. The main entrance at Jägargatan 20 can only be reached by taking the stairs along the building.
For security reasons, we recommend you to enter the building through the entrance at Jägargatan 18 (floor -2) from where you can walk through a corridor indoor. In the end of the corridor, you can take the elevator (located on your left hand side) to the KI Housing floors. See the map at this link for further details.
